Thermal adhesive Tube ( Warm glue ) also known as Thermal Paste or Thermal compound. We cure it at normal temperature. It is used to boost better heat conduction within two surfaces. We use this among a microprocessor ( chip ) and a heat sink. The pinnacle surface of most microchips is not flat. Some have microscopic sections and others might even have a small curve which produces air holes among the microchip and the heat sink and reduces the cooling execution of the heat sink. We stuff the air gaps via applying a skinny layer of thermal grease ( warm oil ) to the highest point of the microchip and the base ( bottom ) of the heat sink.
